What you will do:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for a minimum of 30 candidates at a time, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Oversee safer recruitment processes including DBS checks and reference checks, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Provide administrative support, using your strong MS Office skills to manage data and documents.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, offering outstanding customer service.
- Organise and prioritise workloads, escalating issues to relevant parties when necessary.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure best practices in recruitment and HR management.
Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally within the past 3 months.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and safer recruitment practices.
- Strong administrative capabilities, particularly with MS Office.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and escalate as needed.
- Good working knowledge of HR and recruitment practices.
