Location: Nantwich
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Contract: 12-Month FTC

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Nantwich on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a busy team and gain valuable experience across a broad range of HR administration. Previous HR experience is not essential, making this a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background looking to develop their career within HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee and HR enquiries, providing a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
• Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and leavers.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, ensuring vacancies are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with relevant processes.
• Manage the full new starter process, including contracts, pre-employment checks, references and accurate system updates.
• Prepare accurate payroll information and support the monthly payroll process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems and shared platforms, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
