What you will do:
- Conduct detailed housing assessments and make informed decisions in line with relevant housing legislation to assist those at risk of homelessness.
- Collaborate with applicants to develop, implement, and review Personalised Housing Plans that address their specific needs and situations.
- Offer precise advice on various housing options such as privately rented accommodations, supported housing, and tenancy sustainment.
- Work closely with both internal departments and a range of external partners to identify and implement effective housing solutions.
- Manage a complex caseload effectively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for each case.
- Implement a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to deliver outstanding service to our community members.
- Participate in the out-of-hours duty rota to ensure continuous service delivery.
