A new private wellness and social club is opening in London, bringing a high‑end, members‑only experience to London’s luxury health and wellbeing scene. This is a chance to join the founding team as a Host, welcoming an exclusive community where service, discretion and atmosphere are paramount.

About the Club

• Private wellness and social club combining premium fitness, health and recovery with a vibrant, design‑led environment.
• A space created to help members assess, nourish, move, restore, strengthen and connect, with a strong focus on personalised experiences.
• Invitation‑only membership, prioritising privacy, exceptional hospitality and a curated community.

Role

As Host, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for every visit from arrival to departure. You will deliver a seamless, five‑star welcome while coordinating closely with all departments across the club.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in members and guests, delivering a polished, personalised welcome and farewell.
• Managing reservations, arrivals and lobby flow to ensure calm, efficient service during peak times.
• Building member recognition, remembering names and preferences to create a familiar, club‑like feel.
• Liaising with wellness, fitness, spa and F&B teams to ensure a joined‑up, consistent experience.
• Upholding club standards, policies and discretion at all times in a luxury, high‑profile setting.

About You

• Experience in high‑end hospitality, wellness clubs, private members’ clubs or luxury hotels.
• Immaculate presentation, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hosting and service.
• Comfortable with VIP and high‑net‑worth guests, handling requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Able to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment while remaining warm and welcoming.
• Engaged with culture, style and contemporary London life, with a feel for modern luxury hospitality.
