About the Home Care Assistant role:
You’ll support older and vulnerable adults in their own home with:
- Personal care, like washing and dressing
- Meal preparation and hydration
- Medication prompts
- Mobility support and wellbeing checks
- Companionship and conversation (sharing special moments)
- Light household tasks and errands
- Encouraging social engagement and independence

Requirements
- You’ll be kind, patient, reliable, and if you have a good sense of humour, this helps!
- UK driving licence and access to a car are essential
- A good command of English, and a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS (we’ll help with this)
- No experience needed – you’ll complete a fully paid, training programme with an in-house mentor
