What you will do:
- Support patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere, providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist in basic medical procedures under the supervision of senior healthcare staff.

Requirements:
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Have previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital or care home setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a good knowledge of care practices and techniques.
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Exhibit a compassionate and caring nature.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous and can set you apart.
