Seven Resourcing is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Social Care Lecturer in Wandsworth, UK, for a period of two months. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £30 to £40, providing a chance to share your expertise with learners one day a week on Mondays. Your dedicated teaching sessions will cover Level 1 to Level 3 BTEC/CACHE activities between 09:00 – 16:00. What you will do:
- Craft and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for students aged 16 and above, focusing on Level 3 BTEC and T Level Health and Social Care programmes.
- Plan, prepare, and resource lessons and assessment activities to meet the required academic standards.
- Tailor your teaching methods to accommodate a range of learning styles and needs.
- Encourage student independence, employability skills, and professional behaviours relevant to the health and social care sectors.
- Regularly assess, evaluate and provide feedback on student work to support progress and achievement.
- Accurately maintain records of attendance, achievement, and progress.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the Health and Social Care curriculum, ensuring it meets current industry standards.
- Engage with local employers to ensure your teaching remains industry-relevant.

About you:
You should possess a degree or equivalent in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a closely related subject. A recognised teaching qualification like a PGCE/CertEd or Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training is ideal. If you are working towards obtaining one, we welcome your application.
