Handballer/ Container Unloader in Skelmersdale

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Handballer/ Container Unloader for our client based in Skelmersdale.

As a Handballer/ Container Unloader your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• 08:00- 16:30

The rate of pay as a Handballer/ Container Unloader is:

• £12.71 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Handballer/ Container Unloader are:

• Manually empty and load delivery lorries, vans, and shipping containers
• Sort, stack, and wrap goods securely onto pallets
• Move products around the warehouse and check for damaged items
• Keep the loading bay clean and follow safety rules
• Safely hand-balling and unloading boxes, cartons, or products from shipping containers
• Organising good by type or destination and building stable pallets
• Checking cargo for damage or missing items and reporting issues
• Assisting with general warehouse duties like sweeping or moving stock when no containers are active

The ideal candidate for a Handballer/ Container Unloader would need:

• Previous experience as a Handballer/ Container Unloader
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Good time keeping skills
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
