Salary: £45,000 + Company Car + Petrol Card
Location: Midlands / Northamptonshire ideally
Hours: Monday-Friday | No nights

I'm recruiting a Group Sous Chef to support a growing contract catering portfolio across the Midlands and wider UK.
You'll be the number two within the culinary team – travelling between sites, developing chefs, supporting events, live cooking and helping improve food standards across the business.

The Operation
- Multi-site contract catering
- Strong Northamptonshire presence
- Restaurants, delis and staff dining
- Hospitality and events
- Fresh food and live cooking
- Travel across sites from London to Teesside
The Role
- Support chefs across multiple sites
- Train and develop kitchen teams
- Deliver live cooking and food demonstrations
- Support events, projects and new openings
- Help develop menus and food concepts
- Provide hands-on chef cover when needed
- Drive consistency and food standards
About You
- Strong Sous Chef, Senior Sous or Development Chef
- Multi-site or large-scale catering experience
- University/education catering would be a great fit
- Comfortable with busy, multi-outlet operations
- Strong fresh-food background
- Confident training and developing chefs
- Positive, hands-on and happy to travel
