Join a growing restaurant group as Group Head Chef, supporting the Executive Chef across 7 sites and 3 brands. This is a hands-on role focused on training, quality, and standards – perfect for someone looking to step up to Executive Chef in the future.
We are partnering with a well-established restaurant group to recruit a Group Head Chef. With 7 sites across East, North, and South London, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple high-volume, premium casual brands.
The Role:
- Support the Group Executive Chef across 7 sites and 3 brands
- 80% hands-on – working on site with teams
- Monitor and maintain high standards across the group
- Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of junior chefs
- Assist with menu development alongside the Group Executive Chef
- Manage food costing, food systems, and cost control
- Provide Head Chef holiday cover when required
- Office base: North London (floating role across venues)
