Graduate Welfare Officer – Secondary School
(Wembley Area)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students aged 11–18
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and welfare concerns
- Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies
- Contribute to safeguarding procedures and ensure student safety
- Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a school setting (essential)
- A relevant degree (required)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Organised, proactive, and compassionate approach
