The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals, you will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with behaviour regulation, and help pupils access learning in a structured, supportive environment.
You will contribute to tailored interventions, follow behaviour and support plans, and play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development. This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role offers outstanding experience for graduates considering careers in psychology, therapy, or specialist education.
