What you’ll actually be doing:

This isn’t a sit-back-and-observe role.

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Working closely with pupils with additional needs (SEN)
• Assisting in lessons across different subjects
• Building relationships with students, teachers, and pastoral teams
• Gaining insight into behaviour, learning needs, and classroom dynamics
