Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
- Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week (term-time only)
- Earn £500–£560 per week as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above encouraged to apply
- Degrees in Education, Psychology, or core subjects particularly valued
- Provide essential 1:1 and small group support for pupils with varying needs
- Work alongside experienced education professionals to build your expertise

In this full-time, term-time role, the Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff, gaining practical insight that builds strong foundations for teacher training. The position allows you to translate academic knowledge into real classroom practice while developing behaviour management, communication, and intervention skills.
Working collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and fellow support staff, the Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will help implement strategies to support pupils with a wide range of learning needs. Alongside general classroom responsibilities, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, supporting both academic progress and social development.
