An outstanding secondary school in Liverpool city centre is seeking a passionate and ambitious Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to join their thriving Maths department. This is an excellent opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 while developing your own skills in a highly supportive school environment.

The Role

• Support students during Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups and individual learners
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Help students improve attainment, confidence and engagement in Mathematics
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or school-based experience is desirable but not essential
