Pay: £110–£150 per day

Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Are you a Geography Graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with young people and develop a career within education?

We are currently recruiting for a Geography Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Stratford, East London.

The role:

• Supporting students across the secondary school

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting students with their academic development

• Assisting students with their understanding of Geography and wider subjects

• Working alongside teachers and the SEN team

• Helping students develop confidence, independence and engagement

• Supporting classroom activities and behaviour management

The ideal candidate:

• Geography degree, ideally 2:1 or above

• Passionate about education and working with young people

• Confident, patient and approachable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interested in pursuing a career in teaching or education

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

DBS required – applicants without a DBS can be supported through the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography Graduate to gain hands-on secondary school experience and develop valuable classroom and pastoral skills.
