We are looking to speak with experienced General Foremen to support the delivery of major projects within the water treatment sector.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of complex construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with site set-up and implementation of project systems and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure effective utilisation of labour, plant and materials.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Work in accordance with approved method statements and risk assessments.
• Assist with site security and protection of project assets.
• Monitor progress and support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• ONC or HNC in a Construction-related discipline.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• First Aid qualification.
• Experience working within the water treatment industry (non-infrastructure).
• NVQ Level 4 (Gold Card).

Desirable

• Confined Space Training.
• Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
