I am very excited to be working with this fast-paced group. We are searching for a Facilities Manager to join a high-growth leisure business expanding rapidly across the UK. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio and build the facilities management function from the ground up.
You will play a central role in shaping how sites operate, implementing systems, managing contractors, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment across all locations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business and wants real influence over how FM is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and implement PPM schedules, FM systems, processes, and standards as the portfolio grows
