We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee a large-scale, multi-outlet food operation. This role focuses on building structure, ensuring consistent execution, and driving operational performance across high-volume food services.
You will be responsible for aligning culinary delivery with business objectives while leading a team in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement culinary strategy across multiple service formats
- Oversee high-volume food production and multi-outlet operations
- Build scalable systems for consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Lead, structure, and develop a large culinary team
- Manage food cost, waste, and operational performance targets
- Ensure strong execution during peak and varied service periods
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams on planning and delivery
Candidate’s profile
- Strong experience in high-volume or multi-site food operations
- Proven leadership of large kitchen teams
- Solid understanding of cost control and operational efficiency
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, structured environments
- Strong focus on operational consistency and service quality
- Experience in international hotel or branded hospitality environments
- Exposure to large-scale food operations and structured kitchen systems
- Hands-on, operationally strong with a practical approach to execution
