What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons across Key Stages, including A Level
- Inspire students to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of language
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and raise achievement
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and strengthen teaching practice
- Support students of all abilities through effective differentiation and high expectations
- Contribute to the wider life of the College, including pastoral and extracurricular activities
