What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons across Key Stages, including A Level
• Inspire students to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of language
• Use assessment effectively to track progress and raise achievement
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and strengthen teaching practice
• Support students of all abilities through effective differentiation and high expectations
• Contribute to the wider life of the College, including pastoral and extracurricular activities
