Job Title:    Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader
Location:    Portbury, Bristol
Salary:        Basic £56,000 plus Benefits
Shift:          Monday – Friday Days

Job Role of the Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader

A standout opportunity has become available for a Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader with a strong leadership and management skills to join a leading heavy industrial manufacturing organisation. Managing a team of 6 Engineers, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader within their industry and further develop yourself.

You will be responsible for delegating workloads, maintaining CMMS systems, ensuring shift handovers are adhered to as well as managing projects and improving on production performance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader

• Have strong leadership and managerial skills within a manufacturing environment.
• Be Electrically Bias and hold some form of electrical qualification.

Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader

• Strong process and operational knowledge.
• Experience with Process Control systems PLC.
• Be willing to be hands on when needed.
• Experience of managing and maintaining a CMMS system.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader

• Worked on continuous improvement projects.
• Worked within a heavy industrial environment
