Location: Bilton

Salary: £53,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off days

Job Role of the Engineering Supervisor

A superb opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site. This is a fantastic company that is well established and still growing, with major investments being made on site. You will be joining an excellent team run by a highly knowledgeable and supportive manager who has worked his way up through the business, making it a great environment to develop and succeed.

You will be responsible for leading and supervising the engineering team on shift, ensuring high technical standards and strong team performance. You will oversee both electrical and mechanical maintenance, coordinate breakdown response, drive planned preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Supervisor

· Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

· Proven experience leading or supervising engineering teams within a fast-paced factory environment.

· Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor

· Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.

· Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

· Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

· Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor

· Previous experience working as an Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader in the UK.

· Experience with working on PLC’s, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs.
