Duty Manager – Multi-Food Concept - £40,000 - London

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Duty Manager to help lead a busy, high-volume hospitality venue.

You'll be responsible for leading shifts, inspiring your team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and commercially. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll coach and develop your people, maintain outstanding operational standards and help drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

The Role

• Lead busy shifts with confidence and positivity.

• Coach, motivate and develop your team.
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, food safety and compliance.
• Support stock control, labour management and commercial performance.

About You

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Confident leading high-volume operations.
• A natural people leader who enjoys developing others.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to make confident decisions.
• Passionate about delivering brilliant hospitality every day.
