We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, premium F&B operations, lifestyle hospitality, or private members' clubs. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a flagship luxury hospitality project in Madrid, leading a complex, high-volume, multi-outlet operation with a relentless focus on service excellence and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on management style with a highly commercial mindset. They will have extensive experience overseeing luxury hospitality environments, driving profitability, optimizing performance, and delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of a luxury multi-outlet hospitality destination
• Deliver exceptional service standards and ensure a best-in-class guest experience
• Directly manage and develop large teams of 300+ employees
• Oversee and coordinate multiple business units, including hotel and F&B operations
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and business performance
• Define, monitor, and manage operational KPIs and performance metrics
• Support openings, transitions, and ongoing operational enhancement projects
• Act as a key liaison between all operational departments
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Ensure strong financial performance through effective cost control and operational management
• Lead, coach, and inspire teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Hotel Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role within luxury hospitality
• Proven background in luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, lifestyle hospitality brands, private members' clubs, or premium hospitality groups
• Strong experience managing complex multi-outlet and high-volume hospitality operations
• Demonstrated expertise in both hotel and F&B operations
• Highly commercial profile with strong financial acumen and experience driving business performance and profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence
• Experience leading large teams (300+ employees) in structured and demanding environments
• Strong commitment to guest experience and luxury service standards
• Experience working in opening, growth, repositioning, or operational transformation projects
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• International experience is highly desirable
