Key duties

• Create engaging content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop written content such as blogs, articles, candidate success stories and company updates.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Create graphics, videos and promotional materials using design software.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
• Support website updates and content management activities.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce basic reports.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Candidate requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of Canva is advantageous.
