Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator - Removals
Salary: Up to £27,000
Location: Croydon, CR9

Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Co-ordinator to join their removals team, training will be given. A typical day will involve dealing with incoming calls and emails, booking appointments for video/field sales colleagues, creating and sending out quotes and coordinating moves.

The Role
You will be looking after customers with their shipments overseas and will be part of a team, making sure that customers receive the best possible service and fastest results that can be delivered .
What you'll do:
- Providing Customer care at the highest level
- Coordinating outbound international moves
- Dealing with exports procedures, i.e. booking containers and shipments
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with information required
- Creating and sending quotes
What you need:
- Strong Customer Service background
- Exceptionally organised
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a similar role although training will be given
- Technologically proficient and familiarity with MS office software
- An ability to communicate with various people at different levels
