We are recruiting for Customer Service Roles earning up to £12.40 per hour across Front of House, Back of House, and Cleaning & Overnight Support. Each role plays a key part in delivering great customer experiences, maintaining high standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service roles:
Front of House roles involve direct customer service, including serving food and drinks, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Back of House roles support food preparation and kitchen operations under the direction of the Chef. Team members must work efficiently, communicate well, and maintain high hygiene standards. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. Must be comfortable handling all food types, including meats.
Cleaning & Overnight Support roles involve lone working to clean and prepare the premises for service, before transitioning to Front of House duties.
All roles require reliability, good timekeeping, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service pay:
£12.21 - £12.40 per hour.
Additional £1.20 p/h between the hours of 12am-6am
