Counterbalance Flt Driver in Cheshire

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based in Cheshire.

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• Week 1 06:00- 14:00
• Week 2 14:00- 22:00

The rate of pay as a Counterbalance FLT Driver is:

• £13.39 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Load and unload curtain-sided vehicles and shipping containers
• Move and position stock safely around the warehouse and yard
• Carry out stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly
• Complete daily FLT safety and equipment checks
• Report any FLT faults, damage, or safety issues immediately
• Ensure pallets are correctly positioned and safely stored
• Maintain accurate stock movements and follow warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Follow all site Health & Safety and operational procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required

The ideal candidate for a Counterbalance FLT Driver would require:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT License/ Certificate
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is preferred
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles and containers is desirable
• Good awareness of workplace safety and pedestrian areas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail when handling and rotating stock
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible regarding shift rotation
• Physically capable of carrying out general warehouse duties
• Willingness to work overtime when required
