Location: Mitcham (CR4)
Pay: £14.50 per hour – paid weekly
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm

An experienced Clamp Truck Forklift Operator is required for a busy waste and recycling facility in the Mitcham CR4 area. This is a long-term role with consistent weekday hours and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance clamp forklift safely and efficiently

• Load, unload and move recyclable materials across the site

• Support daily recycling operations in a fast-paced environment

• Carry out daily forklift safety checks and report any issues

• Maintain a clean and organised working area

• Work closely with the site team to meet operational targets

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a clamp attachment forklift

• Valid forklift licence preferred (NPOR, ACOP or CPCS)

• Experience in waste or recycling environments is advantageous

• Good understanding of site safety procedures

• Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team
