What you will do:

Lead and manage the Kinship & SGO Support team and the Private Fostering team, focusing on daily support and assessments.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services tailored for kinship carers, SGO families, and private fostering situations.
Supervise and guide a team of social workers and family practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for service excellence.
Liaise closely with social work teams, families, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure seamless service access for children's needs.
Review and oversee assessments, develop needs-based support plans for carers and families, and ensure comprehensive resource management.
Manage team resources and budgets effectively to optimise support services.
Attendance in the office will be required according to the needs of the service, with opportunities for hybrid working arrangements available for discussion during the interview process.
