What You Will Do

• Undertake pre-birth assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.

• Manage complex cases including child in need, child protection, and PLO/Pre proceedings.

• Produce high-quality work, including court statements and detailed assessments.

• Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering professional growth.

• Model best practice in professionalism and reflective social work.

• Lead initiatives to improve quality and performance within the team.
