A modern British restaurant and bar in Soho is looking for a Chef de Partie to join a friendly team of chefs.

You will work with top-quality British produce and cook seasonal dishes focused on freshness and creativity.

The restaurant offers lunch and dinner service.

Role details

• Modern British, seasonal menu
• Fresh food and scratch cooking
• Elevated dining environment
• Team of around 6 people on shift
• Shifts between 10:00 and 22:00
• Paid for every minute you work

Pay

• £16.50 per hour
• 32-hour contract + Paid overtime

What you need

• Strong background as a CDP
• At least 1 to 2 years in your current or most recent CDP position
• Strong experience with fresh food and scratch cooking
• Experience working in a kitchen with an elevated level of dining
