Chef De Partie in Nantwich, North West

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Nantwich.

As a Chef De Partie your working hours and days are:

• Working 5 out of 7 days per week
• 076:00- 19:00

The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:

• £26,804- £27,876 per annum

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:

• Cooking and preparing dishes
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices 
• Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent catering qualification
• Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience working as a CDP in a professional kitchen
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
