A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a highly regarded London restaurant and bar group at one of their key City venues. This is a high-volume, quintessentially British restaurant operation with a strong focus on quality food, great service and exceptional guest experiences.

No late-night finishes
£53,000 salary

The successful candidate will support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue, leading and developing a large team, maintaining excellent service standards, managing rotas and P&L, and supporting events and wider commercial activity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager or similar
- Experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality environment
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- A hands-on approach and excellent service standards
- Commercial awareness, including experience with P&L and rotas
- The confidence and energy to lead a busy operation
