Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week with routine days from 9am to 5pm, long days from 9am to 9pm, and night shifts from 9pm to 9am

What you will do:
- Perform routine and specialised laboratory tests in haematology, coagulation, and blood transfusion, ensuring results are accurate and timely for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate and maintain Siemens Advias, Werfen Tops, and Ortho Swifts analysers, making sure they are calibrated and functioning optimally.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and guidelines while maintaining the highest quality control standards within the laboratory.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement processes, contributing to the enhancement and efficiency of laboratory practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert advice and support to medical staff and colleagues on test selection and interpretation.
