What you will do:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the Children In Care Team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of children in care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement effective care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Liaise with families, carers, and other professionals to secure the best outcomes for children and young people.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required by Social Work England.
- Participate in case conferences and multi-disciplinary team meetings to integrate support services.
Requirements for the Senior Practitioner:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
