Join us as a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist and earn up to £32 per hour, based in the vibrant area of Hounslow, UK. This full-time locum position offers an exciting opportunity for the next three months to make a significant impact by collaborating closely with a lead pharmacist to deliver clinical pharmacy services to five inpatient wards. We are on the lookout for an adventurous and innovative clinical pharmacy expert to join our dynamic team, helping us to enhance the effectiveness and safety of our services while providing excellent patient care. If you're HCPC registered, a motivator, and have a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you. Being a car driver is also a requirement for this position.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the lead pharmacist to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across five inpatient wards.
• Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness, providing advice to healthcare staff on medication use.
• Participate in patient rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Educate and inform patients about their medications, assisting with queries and concerns to promote adherence and understanding.
• Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior pharmacy staff and students to enhance learning and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines in all pharmaceutical practices.
