What you will do:

- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment and advice to adults with acquired communication challenges.
- Work with patients experiencing progressive neurological conditions, stroke repercussions, traumatic brain injury, dementia, respiratory issues, voice disorders, and those with swallowing difficulties of unknown causes.
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments and progress.

You must be registered with HCPC and possess a valid HCPC number. A car driver is essential for this role, allowing you the freedom and flexibility to reach patients across different community settings with ease.
