Job Title: Band 6 School Nurse – Specialist Community Public Health Nurse

What you will do:

• Deliver the Healthy Child Programme to school-aged children and young people.

• Assess health needs and provide targeted support to children, young people, and families.

• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns while working closely with schools and multi-agency teams.

• Promote emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, health education, and early intervention.

• Manage a clinical caseload and develop evidence-based care plans.

• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records using systems such as SystmOne.

• Provide clinical leadership and support to colleagues within the skill-mixed team.
