What you will do:

• Deliver routine and specialist Lung Function testing.
• Perform precise spirometry assessments.
• Conduct full pulmonary function testing.
• Support Respiratory Physiology clinics.
• Analyse and interpret respiratory diagnostic data.
• Produce accurate test reports and documentation.
• Maintain respiratory diagnostic equipment ensuring it meets high quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with Respiratory Consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with departmental quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
• Registration with an appropriate professional body.
• Respiratory Physiology experience, ideally within NHS services.
• Experience performing Lung Function testing.
• Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple sites.

Desirable Requirements:

• ARTP accredited.
• Experience within Respiratory and Sleep Services.
• Experience performing complex respiratory diagnostics.
• Previous Band 6 Respiratory Physiology experience.
