What you will do:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients with neurological conditions, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals in acute stroke and neuro rehabilitation settings.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding management and progression of neurological conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations.
- Actively participate in team meetings, service development activities, and ongoing professional education.

Experience requirements:

- Minimum of two years experience in a similar position with a strong background in working with acute stroke or neuro cases.
- Demonstrated skills in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions.
- Valid HCPC registration is essential.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable for community-based visits.
