What you will do:

• Engage in comprehensive assessment and treatment of inpatients within the Trauma Orthopaedics Team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and monitor patient-centred rehabilitation plans.
• Utilise evidence-based practices to optimise patient recovery and independence.
• Provide clear communication with patients, families, and team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports to assist in effective management and planning.
