What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of service users with complex, severe, and enduring mental health needs, using evidence-based and recovery principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment.
- Integrate evidence-based practice and skilful use of assessments and interventions with personal recovery principles, improving service users' quality of life and supporting them to live the lives they aspire to.
- Apply a profound understanding of the effects of mental illness and physical conditions, providing service users with training and advice on lifestyle changes and adaptations to their social and physical environments.
- Undertake assessments and make recommendations regarding equipment and adaptations.
- Provide leadership and supervision for junior or unqualified staff, guiding them to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered.
- Car driver essential, providing you with the mobility to meet the needs of service users efficiently.
