What You Will Do:
- Deliver specialist dietary assessments and create tailored nutrition plans for children
- Manage a community-based caseload, including follow-ups and reviews
- Work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Trust policies and standards
- Travel within the community to provide accessible and effective dietetic services
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian
- Experience in paediatric or community dietetics
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Full driving licence (preferred for community work)
