Situated in the picturesque location of Guernsey, this facility supports individuals requiring 24-hour care across 14 bespoke flats. What you will do:

- Assist in the delivery of a compassionate, high-quality care service for residents with complex needs and disabilities.

- Work alongside the Team Manager, engaging with service users, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to enhance service delivery.

- Contribute to strategic service improvements and ensure meaningful community involvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and step in for the Team Manager as needed to ensure seamless management.
