What you will do:

- Assist in the delivery of a compassionate, high-quality care service for residents with complex needs and disabilities.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to staff, ensuring superior standards in person-centred care and positive behaviour support.
- Work alongside the Team Manager, engaging with service users, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and enhance compliance with organisational policies, safeguarding, and quality standards.
- Nurture a positive work culture, modelling best practices and supporting staff development.
- Contribute to strategic service improvements and ensure meaningful community involvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and step in for the Team Manager as needed to ensure seamless management.
