What you will do

• Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct specialist mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and families.
• Clinical Interventions: Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with NICE guidelines to support recovery and relapse prevention.
• Multidisciplinary Working: Work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Outcome Monitoring: Review and evaluate care plans regularly, using clinical outcome measures.
• Duty & Consultation: Participate in duty systems and provide expert advice to partner agencies.
• Practice Development: Engage in reflective practice, supervision, and ongoing professional learning.
• Mentorship: Support and supervise junior staff, including student nurses and trainees.
• Service Improvement: Contribute to audits, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
