What You Will Do:

• Manage a caseload of individuals experiencing first episode psychosis, creating tailored care plans to meet individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised strategies in partnership with clients and their families.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and families, promoting resilience and independence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external agencies to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
