What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to older adults experiencing acute or complex mental health needs.

• Undertake comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development of personalised care plans.

• Safely administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines and individual care plans.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

• Provide emotional, therapeutic, and practical support to patients and their families.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with professional, legal, and organisational standards.

• Uphold best practice, safeguarding principles, and NMC professional standards at all times.
