The venue combines a busy bar, restaurant and food hall-style operation, creating a vibrant and high-energy environment.

The Assistant General Manager role:

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading the team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring the operation delivers both commercially and operationally.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing people and taking ownership of the operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the General Manager across the full day-to-day operation
• Leading, coaching and developing a large front-of-house team
• Managing service across the bar, restaurant and food hall areas
• Driving customer service, operational and brand standards
• Supporting commercial performance, labour and cost control
• Managing busy services, events and peak trading periods
• Taking responsibility for the operation in the GM's absence

Requirements:

• Strong background within a busy bar, restaurant, food hall or similar hospitality environment
• Previous Assistant General Manager, Deputy GM or strong senior management experience
• Confident leading large teams in a high-volume operation
• Hands-on, visible and commercially minded management style
• Passionate about service, people and delivering a great guest experience
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
