What you will do:

  • Coordinate tailored care plans for individuals seeking recovery from alcohol misuse, ensuring holistic support that aligns with each client's unique needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload effectively, maintaining accurate records and delivering keyworking sessions that promote positive outcomes.
  • Engage with clients through supportive and empathetic interactions, fostering a safe space for open communication.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social services, and community partners to maximise resources and support for clients.
  • Utilise harm reduction and recovery models to guide clients towards sustainable well-being and positive life changes.

Requirements:

  • Active DBS on the update service.
  • Proven experience in substance misuse, including both drugs and alcohol.
  • Strong caseload management and keyworking skills.
  • A good understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
